Refund policy
When purchasing and completing an order with MS Boutique the buyer agrees, they accept, understand and have read and are in agreement to the policy listed below.
There are no returns or refunds unless there is damage on the product or there is a shipping mistake on our behalf. We only offer store credit for eligible returns.
To be eligible for a return, you must email us within 10 days of delivery. In your email please include the following: your full name, order number, and photos of the damaged item(s).
Once your return request has been approved, you have 10 days to ship the item(s) to us. You are responsible for shipping costs for the return and must provide us with tracking information for your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically issued store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
