Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days or earlier, this does not include shipping transit time. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.
Shipping and Delivery
Once shipped out most domestic orders in the U.S. take anywhere from 2-5 business days to deliver depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please note during COVID-19 you may experience some delays past your "delivery by" date as well as some other issues. I ask that you be patient and always be nice to your postal service workers. Your patience is always appreciated. Stay safe and healthy!

Lost Mail?
In some cases, packages can get lost in the mail. Once it is dropped off at the post office it is in their hands. If your package is lost please contact your post man or local post office with the issue along with your tracking information. I will do my best to help you figure out the problem. If the tracking number indicates your package has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been delivered, we have done our part in fulfilling your order.
Wrong Address
Make sure your shipping address is correct when you check out. We are not responsible for items not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address. If your package is undeliverable and returned to us we will NOT send you a new package. You will have to wait for the original package to be returned and then we may resend to your correct address. You will also have to pay a reshipping fee. If it gets lost because of wrong address entered I will not be responsible.
